("Aura," "BookMyPro," "we," "our," or "us") respect your privacy and are strongly committed to keeping secure any information we obtain from or about you. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information ("Personal Data") when you use our mobile application, visit https://bookmypro.ai/ (the "Site"), or otherwise interact with our Services.

When you create an account with BookMyPro, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, payment details you add for Booking Fees or other purchases, and account credentials (username, password).

Payment & Transaction Information

When you pay a Booking Fee or make any other purchase in the App, our third‑party payment processor collects your cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVV, billing address, and transaction details (amount, date, booking ID). BookMyPro only receives a limited set of this data—for example, the last four digits of your card and a payment‑status token—so we can record the fee, issue refunds or credits, and provide receipts.

User Content

We collect any content you provide to us through our Services (your "Content"), including text prompts, images, audio, or other files you upload. This may include photos or media you authorize us to access for scanning or identification within your home.

Communication Information

If you communicate with us (e.g., via email, social media, support channels), we collect Personal Data such as your name, contact information, and the contents of your messages.

Other Information You Provide

We collect other information you may provide, such as responses to surveys or event registrations, or additional data to verify your identity or age.

AI Model Training

We may use the Content you submit (e.g., text prompts, images) to train and enhance the models that power BookMyPro's AI features. If you wish to opt out of contributing your Content for model training, please see Section 10 below.

Our Services are not directed to, nor intended for, children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. 8. User‑Generated Content and AI Outputs

Public Areas

AI Accuracy

Our AI features generate responses by predicting the words most likely to appear next. This process can sometimes yield inaccurate or incomplete information. You should not rely on the AI's factual accuracy. If you notice factually inaccurate information about you in the AI output and wish to request its correction or removal, please contact us at support@bookmypro.ai.
